Review your HSA contributions

Create a my Social Security account
Set up an account at ssa.gov/myaccount to track your Medicare enrollment.
Enroll online — or call Social Security
Apply at SSA.gov/medicare/sign-up, or call the Social Security office at 1-800-772-1213.
Call us when your Medicare card arrives
As soon as you have your red, white and blue Medicare card, call 1-207-579-7777 and we'll take the next step together.
